Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

We hope your clothing items are just perfect for you, but we understand they may not work out as planned.  No problem!  Here’s the important things you need to know about returns:

  • Simply mail them back to The Tribe Boutique within 5 days.
  • We do require that the clothing items be in the same condition as you received them (not worn, tags intact, no alterations/stains/smells/pet hair).
  • Once we receive your clothing item(s) back, we will process the return in the form of a store credit issued to you via email.
  • Store credit will be purchase price plus any paid tax and can be used for any future purchase.
  • We cannot credit you for shipping.
  • Due to quick turnover in inventory, we are unable to offer exchanges on items.
  • Returns will only be accepted through USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
  • We recommend you ship with tracking.
  • We are unable to process any returns in-store due to separate inventories.
  • Unfortunately, some items are not eligible for return: jewelry, camis, bralettes, leggings, hats, shoes or sale items - these items are all final sales.

If it appears you are missing any items, have received any items that you did not order or received any items that appear to be damaged in any way, you must notify The Tribe Boutique within 5 days of receipt via email at customercare@thetribeboutique.com.  Please include the order number and images of the item(s).
